HPMI is working as the facilitator and mentor for the microfinance initiatives in the country. To facilitate sustained access of financial services for the unreached poor in rural areas through various microfinance innovations in a cost effective and sustainable manner. HPMI has been continuously focusing on bringing in various stakeholders on a common platform and building their capacities to take the initiatives forward. This has resulted in tremendous growth of microfinance sector in India as Self Help Group as Promoting Institution (SHPI) Biological farming is the system of farming to ensure that all the natural agriculture practices have been done with a plan to ensure that it does not have harmful residue in the edible portion of crop.It can be done by using balanced,recommended packages & practices,specially designed for each crop.

Self Help Group – Credit Linkage Programme (SHG-CLP)

HPMI is working in close association with NABARD for this financial year 2017-18 for hand holding the SHGs which follow ‘Panchsutras’ viz. conduct of regular group meetings, regular savings within the group, internal lending based on the demand of members, timely repayment of loan and maintenance of proper books of accounts are considered to be of good quality and over years have proved themselves to be good customers of Banks. HPMI is playing a prominent role for working with Self Help Group as Promoting Institution (SHPI) by organizing, nurturing and enabling credit linkage of SHGs with banks. Hand holding them to identify rural empowerment by providing financial support to farmers and agriprenures. Presently we are working in two blocks of Sitapur for NABARD approved area namely KASMANDA and KHAIRABAD each block comprising of 50 groups each.
